About Us

Western Ultra Racing Association (WURA) is a BC based non-profit that was formed to help ultra distance running races thrive. We encourage new race directors to reach out to us in order to find out how we can assist you.

The Divide 200 was originally conceived by Sinister Sports in 2022. In 2023, Sinister Sports turned over ownership of the race to WURA, and it is now a fundraiser for our organization. Sinister Sports is still involved as a contractor and will provide marketing, registration, and management support for the event.
